Yoga Classes and Private Lessons

Basic Yoga Series:
A gentle intro to yoga including including a focus on alignment and a heart-centered theme designed for the "new-to-yoga" student or for the continuing student who wants to refine yoga foundation and technique. Basis postures are taught with an emphasis on alignment, strength, flexibility, stress management, breathing techniques and relaxation. The series is usually 6 weeks long, one class per week, 75 minutes per class.

Ongoing Yoga Classes:
For continuing students who have completed the Basic Series or have previous yoga experience. This is an opportunity to refine your practice and build endurance while strengthening your inner understanding of yoga. Classes include backbends, forward bends, twists, standing postures, balancing poses, as well as inversions. Modifications available to make all poses accessible for each student. Classes are 90 mins. You may come as a walk-in or take advantage of our available discounted packages. Packages are good for 1 month from date of first class.

Private Lessons: Taught by Kathie
Take your yoga or strength practice to new levels with a custom-designed class to meet your individual wants and needs. Take advantage of yoga as therapy especially formatted for your goals or limitations. Please contact Kathie, Patricia or Linda for available times and prices.


Unlimited Yoga and Strength Classes
Package good for one month from date of first class. You may attend as many yoga and strength classes as your schedule allows. Not good for workshops.

Strength Training Classes
You are required to provide your own balls and bands. For information contact Linda at ldraper@roadrunner.com

Basic Strength Training Class:
Taught by Linda Draper, Certified NSCA trainer and devoted student of yoga. Linda will teach you to do strengthening exercises using a ball and band. It is ideal for beginners or for ongoing students who want to review the basics. Proper alignment and form are stressed to prevent injury and get the maximum benefit from your workout. Classes are one hour.

Ongoing Strength Class:
For students who know the basics of alignment and form and are ready to add new exercises and increase the intensity of their workout.
