an edge of physical sensation. Here, with awareness focused on those sensations, you enter into dialogue. Rather than trying to fix anything, you simply listen to your body’s wisdom. Listening with compassion and acceptance.
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy will empower you to heal yourself. The session concludes by connecting this inner wisdom with issues current in your life.
